This program has been developed to encourage a strong school culture based on leadership and learning. At Kyogle High School we are passionate about creating a culture where staff and students are committed to continuous improvement.

Each week a 'focus' is explicitly taught to students covering a wide range of behaviours and core values. The focus is then discussed in Roll Call groups for students to gain an understanding of why it is important to their learning and what they need to accept responsibility for.
